This airport is situated around 16 miles to the south west of Rome itself. The journey time to Magliana and Lepanto is around 30-40 minutes depending on the form of transportation that you choose when you come in on a flight from Heathrow to Rome.

If you are flying in from Heathrow to Rome then you have plenty of options when it comes to transport. Some passengers on flights to Rome will, for example, take a taxi to the city centre or hire a car from the terminal. The airport also has its own station and a journey to Rome itself will take around 30 minutes by train from here. Or, as an alternative you can use a variety of bus services that can take you into Rome and its surroundings.
