Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is located just 23 km (14 miles) north east of Paris, and with plenty of transport facilities on hand to take visitors into the city, it is possible to be walking around the city within 40 minutes of landing on the runway. Train services run directly to central Paris in 45 minutes, Disney World in 10 minutes and Brussels and Lille in an hour.

A taxi from the airport to the city takes approximately 45 minutes and there are several ranks that will run 24 hours a day. Limousines, car rental and bus hire can be arranged from within the airport but public transport has a good reputation within the city. Buses run from Charles de Gaulle Airport every ten minutes, leaving from Terminals 1 and 2. The airport was one of the first in the world to operate a direct train service to the capital city, and the rapid RER train service links Charles de Gaulle Airport with central Paris with trains leaving every 15 minutes (8 minutes at peak times) with the journey taking approximately 35 minutes.

The airport runs a very competent Business Centre in Terminal 1 where users will find eight meeting rooms (which can accommodate up to 15 people each) as well as lounges and offices equipped with fax and photocopying facilities.
